Here is my collage! This weeks assignment was really interesting. I found that the most frustrating part of this exercise was standding still. My dad just gave me a new tripod which help me out tremendously. During the week the weather has not been cooperating, so I tried to take some photos inside. After the rain subsided I was able to take some photos of plants covered in rain drops. They were probably me favorite photos! I hope that you all enjoy my collage and I cant wait to view all of yours.
I agree that the rain definitely added a twist to this assignment! I took all of my shots inside because it is STILL raining. Either way you still ended up with a great collage. I like the fruit shots a lot; they add nice color!
ReplyDeleteOne of the first things I noticed and loved was the color. It definitely adds a touch to the collage. Also, the picture of the plant with the rain drops on it is great..I like those kind of pictures.
ReplyDeleteWhen I look at this collage I can think only.."simple elegance"..it is like it is from a magazine.LOVE it.
ReplyDeleteSomething about this collage works really really well. Its very pleasant to look at. I like the orange and bananas.
ReplyDeleteI like the concept of using things around the house
ReplyDeleteI love the colors you captured in your photos. The collage brings a great balance of brightness and variety. I like the photo of the raindrops on the leaves and the photo of the half of orange. Nice work!
ReplyDeleteAndrew, this is a great, summer feeling composition with lots of warm colors. For me, the best of the images are the 3 oranges, with the bottom middle orange being most striking - the eye is immediately drawn to it. What a nice shot!

I like this collage a lot. All of the different things come together nicely even though they are all so very different. The shots of the remote control and wicker chair draw me in, while the lighting on the orange is nifty.
ReplyDeleteLots of texture in this collage. I like the carpet, the wicker and the peeling metal grate. The oranges add yet another texture, juicy!
